You don’t have to wait to be diagnosed with heart disease before you pay attention to your heart health.

Your heart is the most delicate muscle in your body that needs so much care.
When you don’t take care of your heart it leads to heart disease, ie high cholesterol(LDL) which results in artery-clogging plaque and high blood pressure.

Let’s walk through 4 simple steps to help you have a healthy heart:

  • Quit Smoking – Smoking is very harmful to the lungs and the entire body. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been a smoker for so long, if you want to extend your lifespan, you need to quit smoking.
  • Smoking Environment – Inhaling smoke is harmful to the lungs, you don’t have to smoke tobacco or cigarette before you get affected by it. Being around an atmosphere where there is the pollution of smoke is not good for your heart so avoid it.
  • Exercise – Get yourself involved in an exercise that can contribute to your heart-pumping at least 3 to 5 times a week within 15-30 minutes. For example, swimming, jogging, walking, and even a bicycle ride can go a long way toward having a healthy heart.
  • Healthy Meals – Reduce your intake of red meat, limit sugary drinks and food. Eat fruit regularly, fish, vegetables, and low-fat meals. Healthy meals help reduce cholesterol and weight loss. A cup of herbal tea can help prevent blood clotting and reduce cholesterol.
